RAYOTEK SCIENTIFIC, INC. BEGINS ERP IMPLEMENTATION

SAN DIEGO, California— February 7, 2012—Rayotek Scientific Inc. will begin implementation of Global Shop Solutions, their new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software on February 14, 2012.

Due to significant and continued growth Rayotek has outgrown its current business software system.  Rayotek is responding to the need by upgrading to a more centralized, cohesive software system that can handle all business and manufacturing functions, as well as support future growth of the company. 

ERP is a group of software applications including:  financial, manufacturing, resource scheduling, human resources, sales, quality assurance, customer relations and other modules that together integrate and automate business functions across all departments. The purpose is to facilitate a smooth and seamless flow of information within Rayotek and extending out to its customer and vendors.  The end goal is better systems within the organization to improve manufacturing and customer service and satisfaction.

Rayotek’s new ERP System, Global Shop Solutions, is designed to streamline operations. They have helped hundreds of manufacturers increase sales, improve quality and on-time delivery and lower costs.
Global Shop is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, with offices in major cities throughout the U. S. Global Shop serves customers in a variety of industries throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
